Q: What do you take for payment?
A: On-line we accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards.
(Credit and Debit cards)
Off-line we accept checks, money orders, and credit
and debit card information via FAX and/or mail. Please note
that orders paid by check will be slower while we wait for the payment to clear prior to shipping out.

Do you use a secure server?
A: YES, we use a secure SSL server for all order information.
Paypal, if used, is processed on a secure PayPal server.

What about Privacy?
A: We value your privacy and time and we hate spammers. Please see our
privacy policy link below for details. We do not send out
spam.
We do NOT ever ask for any personal or financial information in emails to
you. Do not ever enter any personal information in any emails as it
is definitely NOT from us and is spam.

What level of quality are your products?
A: All products are above-average in quality and durability.
Our very significant repeat business is a testament to our quality

value! All products are
guaranteed.

May I return or exchange items?
A: YES! Returned merchandise is credited or exchanged for the
full item purchase price when it is returned in the same condition
as it was shipped to you! Sorry, we are unable to refund
shipping costs, unless we sent the wrong item, a defect, etc. Please email us FIRST if you have a
defective item or an incorrect item.

What about sales tax?
A: There is NO sales tax charged as we are located ONLY in Oregon (and there is NO sales tax in
Oregon).

After I order, when are products shipped?
A: Standard delivery orders are usually shipped within one business
day. FED EX One and Two-Business Day orders are shipped the same
M-F business day
if received by 3:30 PM EST (12:30 PM Pacific Time). There is no shipping
via any service on Federal holidays. Business days are Monday
through Friday and exclude Federal Holidays. You will be
updated with shipping information via e-mail if your order was
placed on-line and if you provide us a correct e-mail address or if you provide an e-mail address with your faxed
and mailed-in orders. If our emailed notification does not reach you,
please forward a correct email address to us and/or check your spam folder for our note.

Q:
How are products shipped?
A: Products are shipped within the United States by several
national carriers depending upon location, weight, size, etc. - and
your shipping selection. Several shipping method and
transit-time options are available. 2-4 Day transit time averages
less than 3 business days and is our most popular shipping method
within the USA. ONE and TWO Business Day shipping is by Fed EX and delivery is by the end of the day on the
first or second M-F, non holiday, BUSINESS day - for a residence this may be by
7:00PM. FED EX Express does not ship, transit, or deliver
on weekends, or on major holidays. (Shipments to Canada are via international postal airmail
and generally take from 10 to 25 business days and will have a
customs form attached). Shipments to P.O.
Boxes, APO, and FPO are welcome and are via USPS.

What about shipping costs?
A: Shipping and handling is NOT a profit-center for our company - see our rates
at the Shipping link below.
Also, you can see the shipping charges for your order on-line PRIOR to completing your order!
(Use the calculation in the mini-shopping basket in the upper left menu of
each catalog page). With most orders your freight charge will be LESS
than if you yourself were to search to find the most economical way
to ship your package in the same quick time-frame via ANY carrier or
ANY shipping method.

A: YES!

a quick response to any order questions: sales@airshow.com (NOTE: DO NOT email credit or debit information to us - we cannot accept emailed card information.)

Q:
Do you accept international orders?
A: YES - to Canada, Australia and a few other countries. Please e-mail us for
additional information and shipping options and costs. Customs fees, if any, are the full responsibility of
Customer upon product receipt. International orders are
generally shipped via AIR Mail / Air Letter Post and therefore
delivery is substantially slower than within the USA. Canada shipments
generally take 10 to 25 business days as they need to clear
customs.

Do you have a Affiliate program?
A:NO. And we do NOT send out spam mail - which is why we do
not have an affiliate program.

Q: The shopping cart will not work for me?
A: Our shopping cart may not work for those few individuals using
the system called web.tv - sorry! Please mail or fax an
order to us. Also, if you are only able to keep one item in
your shopping cart at a time (this is caused by cookies being
disabled on your computer), you can go ahead and process the order
with that one item, and email us after placing an order with the
additional items you desire to add and we will take care of adding this for
you and confirm back to you, on business days, that we received your
note. Or you can mail or fax the order to us.
