MAILED-IN ORDERS:
For check, money order, and mailed-in credit/debit card orders, -
simply print out the checkout page (step 2 of checkout) with the shipping
charge listed,
and include your check, money order, or credit / debit card payment information. We
will email you to confirm receipt of your order as well as the shipping
confirmation - if you wish to include an email address. Checks
must clear prior to our shipping out. Make

/ RETURNS: If you need to exchange sizes or wish to return any merchandise in unused condition for different items or a refund, mail to us at the above postal

AIR SHOW INFORMATION: Please
note that all airshows are run at the LOCAL level only - we ourselves do not sell airshow tickets, hot dogs, etc., nor do we maintain any local airshow details here -
please contact the local military base or local airshow office to
verify all air show information including times and dates, ticket information, performers, directions, etc.).
We
try to return all MERCHANDISE related e-mails within a few
hours or generally much less (but only on non-holiday M-F business days).
If you are unable to
reach us (or us back to you) via email due to spam filters -
first check your spam filter for our message, and if not there,
leave a message for
us on voicemail (voicemail is a SLOWER method to reach us) at
503-697-0592 - this is not a toll-free number, nor is it an order line, it is a backup way to reach us if email is not getting through to us or you. We
return voicemail messages on M-F, non-holiday, business hours only, and we are
on Pacific time zone business hours.
